By accessing and using RepairFlow ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

RepairFlow is a comprehensive mobile application designed for repair shop management, providing tools for:

  • Customer relationship management
  • Repair job tracking and management
  • Invoice generation and billing
  • Business analytics and reporting
  • Inventory management
  • Customer communication tools

User Accounts

Account Creation

  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
  • One account per business entity

Account Responsibilities

  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
  • Ensure all information entered is accurate and current
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Acceptable Use

Permitted Use

  • Use the Service for legitimate business purposes

  • Store and process customer data lawfully
  • Generate reports and analytics for business insights

Prohibited Use

  • Use the Service for illegal activities
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts
  • Distribute malware or harmful content
  • Reverse engineer or modify the Service
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Data and Privacy

  • You retain ownership of your business and customer data
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of data entered
  • You must comply with applicable data protection laws
  • You grant us license to process data to provide the Service

Data Backup

  • We provide automated backup services
  • You are responsible for maintaining additional backups
  • We are not liable for data loss due to user error
  • Data recovery services may be available for a fee

Data Rights and Deletion

  • You have the right to access and export your data
  • You may request account deletion at any time
  • Account deletion includes a 30-day grace period
  • Data export tools are provided free of charge
  • We comply with GDPR, CCPA, and applicable data protection laws

Subscription Plans and Pricing

Available Plans

  • Free Tier: 10 lifetime sales, 10 lifetime device purchases, no technician access, 5 exports/month, 3 photos per repair, full repair history
  • Premium Monthly: Unlimited access to all features, billed monthly
  • Premium Annual: Unlimited access to all features, billed annually with savings
  • Founder Program: Special lifetime pricing for first 500 users with 50% discount

30-Day Premium Trial

  • New users receive 30 days of premium access at no cost
  • Trial period starts immediately upon account creation
  • Full access to all premium features during trial
  • No payment method required for trial
  • After 30 days, choose to upgrade to premium or continue with free tier
  • One trial per user account only
  • Data created during trial remains accessible after trial ends

Payment Terms and Billing

Subscription Management

  • All payments processed via Google Play Store (Android) and Apple App Store (iOS)
  • We use RevenueCat as our subscription management platform
  • Payment information is stored securely by Google/Apple, not on our servers
  • Subject to Google Play and Apple App Store terms and policies

Refund Policy

  • Standard Policy: All subscription fees are non-refundable
  • 48-Hour Exception: Pro-rated refunds available if requested within 48 hours

Feature Access and Usage Limits

After Trial Ends (Day 31)

  • If you choose not to upgrade, your account automatically reverts to free tier
  • All your data remains safe and accessible within free tier limits
  • Data exceeding free tier limits: viewable but not editable

Fair Use Policy

  • Unlimited features intended for normal business use
  • Abuse (spam, API exploitation, reselling) may result in account suspension

Limitation of Liability

Service Limitations

  • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted service
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages

Business Operations

  • You are responsible for your business decisions
  • We are not liable for business losses or damages

Termination

By You

  • You may terminate your account at any time through the app
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable

By Us

  • We may terminate accounts for Terms violations
  • We may discontinue the Service with 60-day notice
